I was praying to God to help me find a good dentist in my area, and after reading the reviews, I decided to give this clinic a chance. The receptionist was very friendly and even called me a couple of times to make sure I would make it to my appointment. I truly appreciated that. Unfortunately, everything changed once I arrived. Before booking my appointment, I made it very clear that I wanted to meet with the dentist, discuss my treatment, and receive the cost of the treatment that same day. Instead, after my examination, I was told that the manager wasn’t there and that someone would call me later with the pricing. That immediately frustrated me because I had specifically explained that I didn’t want to deal with that kind of situation. As a new patient, my biggest fear is ending up at an unprofessional clinic, and sadly that’s exactly how I felt. The manager eventually called me, but the entire conversation felt rushed. When it comes to my health and thousands of dollars in dental treatment, I expect to sit down face to face, ask questions, and have a proper discussion. A quick phone call is not what I expected or what I consider professional. To make matters worse, I was charged twice, for a total of $149 each charge, without a clear explanation at the time. That only added to my disappointment. I understand that every business exists to make money, and I have no problem paying for quality care. However, professionalism should always come before profit. Patients deserve clear communication, transparency, and respect—especially when making important decisions about their health. The receptionist was excellent and treated me with kindness, but the overall experience left me disappointed. I hope the clinic improves its communication and patient care because first impressions matter.

Came in for a new patient visit expecting an exam and a cleaning. Left with only unnecessary x-rays and no cleaning. They insisted I have x-rays from despite having them done less than 2yrs ago, claiming ADA requirements which is false. ADA guidelines are individualized and risk based, not a blanket mandate. When I denied X-rays they told me I had to get them or forgo the visit. Then, only after the X-rays and exam I was told I would have to book a completely separate visit for a cleaning. This was also never disclosed online or in any pre-visit communication. Two visits means two bills. This place is clearly more concerned with their bottom line than patient care. EDIT: The owner responded with a false account of my visit in an attempt to discredit my experience. As someone who works in healthcare, it is disheartening to see a practice this willing to be deceitful and only responsive to patient concerns when there’s a public audience.

I’ve been here twice for cleanings / retainers and they have the nicest staff. They must have recruited all the friendliest people! I’m happy to have found a great dentist after a move & change in insurance. My care was covered by insurance but it looks like they offer some affordable packages if you are uninsured.
